You start by going to the website: http://signin.hubhello.com
Log in to the system by entering in your staff username and password
A second screen will appear and the system is logged in ready to go. The families will now be able to use their mobile phone numbers to log in.
The parent or authorised person will enter in their mobile number and then their pin number. When using it for the first time they will set up the pin number that they will remember.
The parent can now sign the child in or out as required.
Once this has been done, they parent will receive confirmation that his has been successful
If you need to sign a child in or out you need to log into the system using your phone number that is connected to your staff details and then the pin number that you have set up. This will give you access to all children who are attending that day.
You can see the children that are in your care today and you have the ability to sign for them.
You will then see on the attendance page that the children have an arrow next to their name that shows that the child was signed for electronically
When a child has been signed in and out electronically you can see by opening up their attendance (clicking on the arrow) and this will show the exact time that a child was signed in and again signed out
