Enterprise/Multi service dashboards

The Dashboard page allows you to view snapshots of financial figures, CCS and operations reports with data derived from all your services over a custom period.

Upon opening the Dashboard, you will see a snapshot of the current week's data being displayed by default.

The blue switch allows you to toggle from ‘Snapshot’ to ‘Real Time’ to select any custom date range you would like to view.

You can then further choose to view data for your entire Enterprise, for custom groups you have created or for individual service types.

All reports within the Dashboard can be exported into PDF or CSV format. Simply click on the printer icon to generate any report into PDF or click on the right arrow icon to generate any report into CSV format.

Reports

You can access a large number of reports (such as CCS, operations or financial snapshots) to see all services at once or you can run these for a service at a time.

‍Accessing services

You can access your services by click on services at the top and selecting the service you would like to view from the drop down or type the service name and it will come up for you to click on.
